Accessibility Statement
HEOSSI wants Bee — the marketing site (bee.heossi.com), the workspace (workspace.bee.heossi.com), and the documentation — to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we target, our current status stated honestly, and how to reach us when something does not work for you.
1. Standard we target
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for our web surfaces, and we track the European Accessibility Act (and the underlying EN 301 549 standard) for services offered to consumers in the EU.
2. Current status (stated honestly)
- Bee's web surfaces have not yet undergone a formal third-party accessibility audit; we assess conformance internally. We consider the surfaces partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most content works with keyboard navigation and screen readers, but some parts do not yet fully conform.
- On 13 July 2026 we ran an automated rendered-structure check of the Legal Centre and Workspace sign-in surface for language, headings, landmarks, skip navigation, alternative text, accessible control names, labels, and duplicate IDs. The Legal Centre passed those checks; the sign-in heading and skip-navigation issues found were remediated. This limited check is not a full WCAG audit.
- We publish status honestly rather than claiming full conformance we have not verified — the same evidence-first rule that governs the rest of our marketing claims.
3. What we do
- Semantic HTML structure and text alternatives in the product UI.
- A design system with explicit colour tokens, reviewed for contrast on the core reading surfaces.
- Keyboard operability as a design requirement for new interactive components.
- Accessibility review folded into our release checks; a formal external audit is on the roadmap.
4. Known limitations
- Data-dense dashboards and some charts (usage graphs, status panels) may not yet be fully screen-reader friendly; data is available in textual form on request.
- Third-party embedded surfaces (for example the Stripe payment form) are controlled by their providers; we pass on issues we can reproduce.
- Some downloadable artefacts (PDFs, evidence bundles) may not yet meet the same standard as the web pages.
5. Feedback and remediation
If you hit an accessibility barrier, email bee-support@heossi.com with the page URL and the assistive technology you use. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days, prioritise fixes that block core flows (sign-in, chat, billing, documentation), and tell you when the fix ships.
6. Enforcement
If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market-surveillance / enforcement body responsible for the European Accessibility Act in your member state. In Singapore, you may contact us directly and we will escalate internally.
