The last decade of LLMs converged on a recipe: a closed model on a closed runtime behind a closed API, with strong margins and a weak commitment to portability. That works fine for many customers — and not at all for the customers who need to plan for the next ten years.
Bee's bet is that the next platform will be verifiable at the cryptographic layer, governed at the model layer through versioned releases and evaluation gates, and portable at the interface layer through standard APIs and deployment controls. We've put each of those into code, not just into the deck.
We're not anti-incumbent. Bee speaks the OpenAI Chat Completions wire format on purpose — your existing client code keeps working. We just don't want a customer's bet on an LLM platform to be a bet on a single company's roadmap.

Memory, policy, telemetry, assurance, and deployment control are first-class concerns, not bolt-ons. Bee uses governed foundations for workflow architecture and integrates post-quantum-backed security paths (FIPS 203/204/205) for regulated and sovereign deployments.
