Content Moderation, Notices & Appeals

Effective 2026-07-13·Last updated 2026-07-13·HEOSSI (Pte.) Ltd.

This policy governs reports and decisions concerning illegal content, intellectual-property violations, and violations of Bee's Terms or Acceptable Use Policy on hosted or shared surfaces. It provides a notice-and-action and appeal process proportionate to Bee's current size.

1. Scope

This process applies to content Bee stores or makes available to others, including community adapters, shared artefacts, public listings, and customer content when a valid legal basis requires action. Private prompts are not proactively published or manually reviewed merely because they are submitted.

2. How to submit a notice

  • Send notices to bee-abuse@heossi.com; copyright notices may use bee-dmca@heossi.com. Include your name and contact details, the exact URL or resource identifier, a clear explanation of why the content is illegal or violates policy, the relevant jurisdiction or policy clause, and supporting evidence.
  • A notice should contain a good-faith statement that its information is accurate. We may reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, automated without meaningful review, or impossible to locate.

3. Review and action

  • We assess the notice, context, applicable law, severity, and available evidence. Possible outcomes include no action, reduced visibility, removal, feature restriction, account warning, suspension, termination, preservation, or referral where legally required.
  • Urgent threats to life, CSAM, credible violent threats, and active compromise receive priority. Ordinary notices are acknowledged within five business days where contact details are valid.
  • We use automated safety tools, but a qualified human reviews material account or publication restrictions when reasonably practicable and always on a timely appeal.

4. Reasons and notice to the affected user

Unless prohibited by law or likely to create serious harm, we tell the affected user the category of violation, the action taken, its territorial and temporal scope, whether automation materially informed the decision, and how to appeal. We do not disclose reporter identities unless required by law or necessary for due process.

5. Appeals

  • Appeal within six months by emailing bee-abuse@heossi.com from the account email with the decision reference and reasons. A person not responsible for the original decision will review the appeal where staffing permits.
  • We may restore content or access, modify the restriction, or uphold it. We aim to decide ordinary appeals within 14 business days. Contractual arbitration does not remove any non-waivable right to complain to a regulator or certified out-of-court dispute body.

6. Repeat misuse and bad-faith notices

We may suspend processing of notices from a person who repeatedly submits manifestly unfounded notices, and may suspend users who repeatedly publish manifestly illegal or prohibited content, after warning where appropriate. Frequency, severity, intent, and impact are considered.

7. Preservation and transparency

Removed material and decision records may be preserved for 90 days, or longer when required by a legal hold, investigation, accounting rule, or binding process. We may publish aggregate moderation statistics that do not identify users. We will maintain any public DSA transparency reporting required once applicable thresholds and service classification require it.

8. Authorities and trusted channels

Orders and official enquiries must go to bee-legal@heossi.com. Nothing in this policy authorises voluntary disclosure beyond the Government & Law-Enforcement Data Requests policy.
