One AI workspace for the whole team

Seats, pooled tokens, shared retrieval, and one invoice. Bee's workspace plans scale from a single free seat to 25-seat teams with a contractual uptime SLA — without anyone's prompts training the base model.

Why teams outgrow personal AI accounts

A stack of personal AI subscriptions gives a team no shared context, no pooled budget, and no administrative control. Every member re-uploads the same documents, expenses a separate card, and works from a different model tier.

Bee's workspace consolidates that into one plan: a pooled monthly token allowance the whole team draws from, seat management under a single Stripe-billed subscription, and a shared document index so retrieval answers come from the same source set for everyone.

What's included at each tier

  • Bee Cell — free single seat with a 500K-token monthly allowance and a 128K context window. No card required.
  • Bee Brood ($19/mo) — one seat, 5M pooled tokens, 256K context, API keys and SDK access.
  • Bee Comb ($79/mo) — 3 seats included, 10M pooled tokens, retrieval over up to 1,000 documents.
  • Bee Buzz ($149/mo) — 6 seats, 25M pooled tokens, shared retrieval index across the team.
  • Bee Hive ($299/mo) — 10 seats, 50M pooled tokens, 25,000-document retrieval, 99.5% uptime SLA.
  • Bee Swarm ($1,499/mo) — 25 seats, 250M pooled tokens, 1M-token context, dedicated customer success manager, 99.9% uptime SLA.

Built for real work, not just chat

Comb, Buzz, and Hive accept image and video input natively, call tools, and return schema-valid JSON — so the workspace handles screenshots, recordings, and structured extraction alongside text. Comb and Buzz also serve a dedicated 1M-token long-context mode for whole-corpus questions.

Document intelligence is built in: upload once, and the retrieval pipeline chunks, embeds, indexes, and cites sources back in answers. On Buzz and above the index is shared across the team, so institutional knowledge compounds instead of fragmenting per member.

Administration and billing

Billing runs on Stripe with monthly or annual invoicing — annual is exactly twelve times the monthly price, with no hidden discount games. Extra seats are added at the published per-seat rate, and plan changes prorate.

Overage and auto-reload are opt-in, per-workspace controls that default to off: a team never silently spends past its allowance.

Data handling

Customer data is not used to train the Bee base model. Prompts, documents, and outputs stay yours; processing is limited to serving, securing, and operating the service.

Transport uses TLS 1.3 and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256-GCM under per-tenant keys. HEOSSI (Pte.) Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore; processing follows the PDPA, and a Data Processing Addendum covering GDPR/UK GDPR transfers auto-incorporates into paid contracts.

Frequently asked questions

How do pooled tokens work in a team workspace?
Every seat draws from one monthly allowance — input and output tokens count 1:1. There is no per-member quota juggling; admins see consumption at the workspace level.
Can we add more seats than the plan includes?
Yes. Comb, Buzz, Hive, and Swarm each include a base seat count and support extra seats at a published per-seat monthly rate, billed on the same Stripe subscription.
Is our data used to train Bee's models?
No. Customer data is not used to train the Bee base model. That commitment is written into the Terms of Service, not just marketing copy.
Which plan should a small engineering team start with?
Bee Comb (3 seats, 10M pooled tokens) covers most small teams; move to Buzz when you want the shared retrieval index and more agent-style tool use, and to Hive when you need the 99.5% uptime SLA.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. Bee Cell is a free tier with a 128K context window and no card required, and every paid tier can be evaluated from the same workspace before upgrading.
