Classical intelligence path
Specialist response and workflow execution
- Governed Bee model releases and tier routing
- Tenant-scoped retrieval, memory and citations
- Approved tools, structured workflows and streamed output
A specialist-intelligence platform for regulated and high-assurance work. Bee brings 66 specialist domain families, post-quantum assurance paths and governed access to real quantum hardware into one system - built by HEOSSI in Singapore.
It is not a general-purpose assistant. Bee is designed for work where domain depth, provenance and deployment boundaries decide whether the result is usable at all. Each capability carries a published operating boundary, so you can evaluate exactly what runs today, what is customer-scoped, and what remains roadmap.
Bee reference architecture
Bee Specialist Intelligence System (BSIS) is the architecture that turns a request into a governed specialist response. It coordinates domain intelligence, current knowledge, tenant retrieval, tools, model execution, safety, evaluation and release control; the model is one component, not the whole product.

Security and evidence plane
HEOSSI’s security platform supplies post-quantum key, payload-protection and tamper-evident evidence paths using NIST-standardized cryptography, with the exact transport and deployment boundary fixed by the customer environment.
One integrated intelligence platform
These are separate capabilities with clear operating boundaries, united through Bee’s governance, identity, metering and evidence system.
Specialist, not general
Bee is built for domain work, not open-ended chat. BSIS coordinates governed specialist releases, 66 domain families across 18 regulated contract domains, attributable research, tenant retrieval, tools, evaluation and release control - with a published capability register per tier.

Every Bee plan protects inference payloads and stored data with full NIST-final post-quantum cryptography: ML-KEM-768 / ML-DSA-65 as the envelope floor, rising to ML-KEM-1024 / ML-DSA-87 on higher tiers. The public edge negotiates X25519MLKEM768 hybrid key exchange where a full PQC-only handshake is not yet interoperable. The protection floor never drops by plan.

Explicit, opt-in, metered QPU jobs through OpenQuantum across IonQ, Pasqal, Quantinuum and Rigetti, with a local statevector simulator for development. Ordinary inference stays classical by design - so a quantum claim never becomes a marketing blur.

A platform that asks regulated buyers to trust it has to state its limits as clearly as its capabilities.
Bee does everyday conversation well, but it is built and evidenced for business, enterprise, research and government domain work - not positioned around consumer chat.
Chat and API inference are classical; QPU jobs are explicit, metered and opt-in. Post-quantum cryptography is the opposite: it is the floor on every plan, covering edge key exchange, inference envelopes and data at rest.
Every public capability is labelled live, customer-scoped, in progress or roadmap. Broader self-hosted, air-gapped or accredited states are never implied by a plan name.
Bee Intelligence Ladder
Six intelligence tiers form Bee’s progressive stack, from free public access to premium cloud-scale reasoning. Enclave sits beyond the ladder as a private, regulated, or sovereign deployment mode for Hive- and Swarm-class workloads.

Step 06Premium intelligence for complex reasoning, research workflows, multi-agent coordination, mission-critical analysis, and high-complexity use cases.
Best for: High-stakes analysis · advanced research · complex reasoning · orchestration · mission-critical workloads
Upgrade when: Move up when contractual isolation, private infrastructure, or sovereign controls are required.
Private, regulated, and sovereign deployment mode
Beyond the tier ladderA customer-scoped deployment mode for Hive- and Swarm-class workloads-not a seventh model tier. Broader self-hosted and air-gapped availability remains roadmap and is not implied by a plan name.
Best for: Regulated organisations · high-assurance environments · private cloud · sovereign infrastructure · contractual deployment
Engage when: Engage the deployment team when your organisation needs a scoped private or sovereign environment.
Bee's hosted inference is operated by HEOSSI. Its serving configuration, governance, safety enforcement, routing, retrieval, tools, evaluations, and release controls are designed, implemented, and operated by HEOSSI through the Bee Specialist Intelligence System (BSIS).
Capabilities
Every capability exists to serve governed domain work: specialist releases, tenant retrieval, tools, evaluation and deployment control. The same system supports direct workspace use, developer integration and high-assurance deployment without becoming a general-purpose assistant.

Bee is HEOSSI's specialist-intelligence platform, built in Singapore for regulated and high-assurance work. Instead of one general-purpose assistant, Bee combines governed specialist domain families, attributable research, tenant retrieval, tools and release control in the Bee Specialist Intelligence System (BSIS). Six serving tiers cover public access through high-assurance reasoning, and Enclave adds customer-scoped private, regulated and sovereign deployment.
Bee is not positioned as a general chatbot and does not compete on open-ended conversation. Its differentiation is threefold: specialist intelligence across 66 domain families with governed evaluation, post-quantum assurance paths for high-assurance deployments, and explicit, metered access to real quantum hardware. Each capability carries a published operating boundary rather than being implied by a plan name.
Yes. Bee speaks the OpenAI Chat Completions wire format, so a client that already works with OpenAI keeps working after you switch the base URL and API key. Tool calling, JSON mode, vision, video input and streaming are available on the tiers that serve them, and the capability register states which tier serves which capability.
Yes. Bee Cell is free to start - hosted access with no card required. Upgrade to a paid tier when you need deeper reasoning, longer context windows, or team features.
No, and Bee does not claim that. Ordinary chat and API inference run on classical Bee model releases. Real quantum processing is a separate, opt-in, metered job path for research workloads, with a local statevector simulator for development. Post-quantum cryptography is different again: it is delivered by QNSI, HEOSSI's own quantum-native security platform, and built into every plan. The public edge negotiates hybrid post-quantum TLS (X25519MLKEM768), and inference envelopes and data at rest use a NIST-final ML-KEM/ML-DSA floor from day one. Higher tiers raise the parameters rather than gating protection.
Single-customer deployment boundaries are designed and contracted per engagement. Locality, operators, keys, infrastructure, and transport are scoped contractually. Broader customer-operated and disconnected deployment is not generally available today.
Begin with Bee Cell, scale through the Bee Intelligence Ladder, and move into high-assurance deployment when your requirements demand stronger governance, security, and control.
